Mar.1995: Established in Young-Kang City Tainan and specialized in producing and selling B. B. Gun and Electronic Toys with only 10 employees in primary stage.
Jan.1996: Established the 6 persons R&D Department, started to research and development the electronic products and vibrating massage chairs, and obtained nine patents continuously.
Aug.1998: Mechanical Industry Research Laboratories in Industrial Technology Research Institute entrusted HEC to develop specialized control system for hospital bed on the purpose of offering patients the most comfortable and functional use.
Jul.2000: To catch up the popularity of SPA and nail beauty market, we invite the related manufacturers and engineers to develop SPA chair and foot massage chairs for nail beauty.
Feb.2001: Apply for ISO9001 Certification to meet the Quality Control Standard, and pass the procedures then certified.
Aug.2002: We created Happiness as our own brand and had successful sales on LG HOME SHOPPING in Korea. Then we registered our company's name to HEC HAPPINESS ENTERPRISES CO. LTD.
